After leading the consumer transformation at Technogym, I made a deliberate decision to step into a new and highly complex industry by joining CMC Markets, a global fintech organisation, to lead marketing for the HNI and B2B segments.
This was not a lateral move. It was a strategic expansion of capability.
Within weeks, I immersed myself in one of the most technically demanding product categories in the market, CFDs and the trading ecosystem. Within three weeks, I had built a comprehensive understanding of the product, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment. By week five, I delivered a full brand audit and strategic roadmap for the premium division.
This transition strengthened my ability to operate in regulated, high-stakes environments and deepened my understanding of high-net-worth consumer behaviour from a financial decision-making lens rather than a lifestyle one.
I actively seek environments that demand intellectual rigour, strategic clarity, and commercial accountability.
My next step is to move into a senior leadership role where I can lead large-scale consumer transformation or bring structure, precision, and measurable growth to a premium brand or complex business.
