I have worked in sales and I have built and run my own business. I understand profit and loss what drives revenue and where growth actually comes from not just how to market it.

I build trust quickly set direction clearly and bring people with me. I am the kind of leader who can take a team into any war and still have them backing you at the end.
3. I make things happen.
No theatre no excuses. I deliver on the pre agreed timeline at the pre agreed standard and I take full ownership from strategy through to execution.
I am a self-driven marketing leader with a proven ability to build high-performance teams, elevate culture, and deliver commercial outcomes within complex, premium environments. I have built my career working with European lifestyle and luxury brands that honour heritage and craftsmanship while continuously evolving to remain relevant to modern consumers.
Originally from Italy, with five years of international experience in London and the past thirteen years in Australia, I bring a global perspective and a deep understanding of how to balance tradition with innovation in brand storytelling. This international exposure has shaped my leadership style and strategic thinking, particularly in premium categories where brand equity, emotion, and experience matter as much as performance.
For premium brands, success is never just about the product. It is about creating emotional connection, crafting meaningful experiences, and building clear reasons for both purchase and repurchase. This philosophy has guided my work across consumer, B2B, and hybrid business models.
As a leader, I am a natural motivator who brings clarity, momentum, and high standards to teams. I am known for my can-do attitude and my ability to make things happen efficiently and on time. I have a strong commercial mindset, with proven experience reviewing sales pipelines, identifying structural gaps, and designing targeted marketing strategies to close them.
I am rigorous with budgets and deeply focused on ROI. I do not pursue ideas simply because they look good or feel “cool.” Every initiative is evaluated against impact, effectiveness, and commercial contribution. I am obsessed with efficiency and continuously look for smarter, sharper, and more cost-effective ways to drive results. The easy solution never interests me, I go after the one that delivers the greatest impact.
I use AI as a strategic accelerator across insight generation, content optimisation, performance analysis, and decision-making. Applied responsibly, it enables faster experimentation, sharper prioritisation, and more efficient execution, freeing teams to focus on high-impact strategy, creativity, and commercial outcomes.
Why CMC Markets
After leading the consumer transformation at Technogym, I made a deliberate decision to step into a highly complex and regulated industry by joining CMC Markets, a global fintech organisation, to lead marketing for the HNI and B2B segments.
This was not a lateral move. It was a strategic expansion of capability.
Financial services presented a fundamentally different challenge to luxury and lifestyle brands. Brand awareness is lower, competition is intense, and success is measured with a level of precision and accountability that is not always present in premium consumer categories. CMC Markets operates with advanced frameworks for measurement, attribution, and performance tracking, allowing marketing effectiveness to be evaluated in real time and at scale.
Within weeks, I immersed myself in one of the most technically demanding product categories in the market, CFDs and the trading ecosystem. Within three weeks, I had developed a comprehensive understanding of the product, regulatory landscape, and competitive environment. By week five, I delivered a full brand audit and strategic roadmap for the premium division.
This experience significantly strengthened my ability to operate in high-stakes, data-driven environments and deepened my understanding of high-net-worth consumer behaviour from a financial decision-making perspective rather than a purely lifestyle-driven one.
What I Am Building Toward
I actively seek environments that demand intellectual rigour, strategic clarity, and commercial accountability.
My next step is to move into a senior leadership role where I can lead large-scale consumer transformation or bring structure, precision, and measurable growth to a premium or complex business. I am particularly drawn to organisations that value brand as a growth engine, respect craftsmanship and heritage, and are ambitious about their future.
